CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT<\/h4>\n

\nFor Customers who choose to pay by credit card, prepaid card, PayPal receipt by CMM Srl of confirmation of the transaction on the servers of PayPal determines the conclusion of the contract. In all cases, the delivery of the goods is subject to payment of the order. DELIVERY TERMS<\/h4>\n

\nIn the event that we are not able to meet this deadline, the customer will be promptly informed by an email indicating the expected delivery. In this case, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 24 hours of receipt of the message. To order you can search within the various pages of the site the desired Product, each with a special product sheet. You can search\/filter products by search tools. By clicking on the preview image of the article opens the Product Sheet where you can find additional content (other images, videos, instructions, etc.). All the contents of the Product Sheets are freely accessible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In order to complete an Order you must first register for free on the Website. At the top right, next to the symbol there is always the number of pieces contained at that time in the cart. By clicking on the icon you can access the cart that contains the summary of the Products and the total amount of the expense. Once you have verified the correctness of the information relating to the name, quantity, price and total of each item, you can proceed with the order confirmation by clicking on “Proceed with the order”. At this point, if you have already registered, you can continue, otherwise you will be directed to the access page to the reserved area. After logging in you can proceed with the Order. When ordering, you can add a new destination address, check the amount of shipping costs, choose the desired payment method, and then definitively confirm the Order. After clicking on “Place order” the Customer will receive a summary email with all the details of the Order.<\/p>\n

RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS<\/h4>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]The Legislative Decree D.Lgs n. 185 of 22\/05\/1999 contains the rules regarding the Right of Withdrawal by the buyer if the stipulation of a purchase contract takes place not in business premises.
\nPurchases made via the Internet are therefore included.All natural persons who have purchased through our site are therefore entitled to withdrawal.
\nThis right may be exercised without giving any reasons. In order to continuously improve our services, it would still be appreciated to receive, even in a superficial way, a comment on the incident.
\nThe right of withdrawal is not allowed to legal persons (e.g. companies, retailers, etc.) and to natural persons acting for purposes related to their commercial activity.
\nThe right of withdrawal must be made through the dedicated online form<\/a>, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
\nBy exercising this right, the buyer will be entitled to a refund of the full amount paid for the returned goods.
\nAt the request of CMM Srl, the buyer must show the following data: copy of the original shipment, in case of partial withdrawal the item code (s) to be returned and the bank details on which to obtain the transfer (IBAN code of the current account of the invoice holder).
\nThe right of withdrawal does not apply to all products, without original tags and labels.
\nThe transport will be carried out at the expense of the Customer. The goods must be returned intact and complete, otherwise CMM Srl will reject the goods at the Cliente.
