There are two different ways to make a return: through our courier or through a courier of your choice.
To make a return you can fill out our online form by entering the data necessary to help us locate your purchase.
We therefore ask you to collect the following data in order to simplify and validate the procedure:
Find your order number: we will need it to locate your purchase, your personal data, and the payment method for any refund.
You can find it on the profile page under “orders placed.”
Find the item number and name of the product you purchased and want to return or change.
The article code can be found in the profile area – “orders placed” section.
I have all the data, how do I proceed?
Click on the link below and go to the return request form. Enter your personal data, order, and related item/s and select the return method you prefer.
You will receive a confirmation email with all the information regarding the preparation of the packaging and shipping once the return request has been approved.
When can I make a return?
All items can be returned no later than 14 days from shipment receipt. Please understand that only products in their original state, never used, will be withdrawn. More info on “Right of withdrawal and returns”. When will the refund take place?
• As soon as we receive the returned products we will check them carefully. Then we will send you an email where you will be informed about the approval or rejection of the return.
• In case of approval, the refund will be processed within 10 working days with the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
• The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Are there any additional costs to make a return?
Yes, the shipping costs for the return will be at the customer own cost. These are variable according to the method chosen to return the product:
• Return with our courier: shipping costs will be calculated based on the country of departure of the return and the weight of the products inside the return package. These costs will be retained through the re-crediting operation.
• Return by courier chosen by the Customer: shipping costs will vary depending on the carrier chosen.
