There are two different ways to make a return: through our courier or through a courier of your choice.
To make a return you can fill out our online form by entering the data necessary to help us locate your purchase.
We therefore ask you to collect the following data in order to simplify and validate the procedure:
Find your order number: we will need it to locate your purchase, your personal data, and the payment method for any refund.

Find the item number and name of the product you purchased and want to return or change.

Yes, the shipping costs for the return will be at the customer own cost. These are variable according to the method chosen to return the product:
• Return with our courier: shipping costs will be calculated based on the country of departure of the return and the weight of the products inside the return package. These costs will be retained through the re-crediting operation.
• Return by courier chosen by the Customer: shipping costs will vary depending on the carrier chosen.
