All our products are prepared and shipped from our central warehouse in Valletta in Brianza (LC) Italy: this ensures maximum stock availability and the most efficient service for our customers. Once the purchase has been made, we cannot guarantee the possibility of modifying orders, since once the payment has been made, everything will be managed automatically by the system. In case of any need we recommend to contact customer service.


Unless otherwise indicated, shipping costs are added later by CMM Srl by sending the Customer a final offer and will be specific to the address and country of destination and delivery provided by the Customer during the order and checkout process. Orders placed on are currently distributed throughout the Italian territory (peninsula and islands) and European countries with the following shipping costs:

Shippings times

Once the real availability of the products in stock has been ascertained, the order will be processed within two working days (therefore excluding weekends and holidays) only after the payment has been credited by bank transfer: once the package has been entrusted to the courier, delivery is normally guaranteed in 48/72 hours. CMM Srl assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by the courier. In case of non-delivery at the address indicated at the time of order, the courier will then contact the recipient by telephone. At the end of the storage times (defined by the courier) the package will return to CMM Srl. In the event that the Customer requests a new shipment of the order, the costs will be at his/her own cost.

Delays or unavailability

In exceptional cases, the desired goods may no longer be available. In these cases, the customer will be immediately contacted. The customer will be informed of any waiting time for the receipt of the missing item(s), asking whether he / she wishes to confirm the order of the aforementioned product. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if only a part of the ordered items are available. In this case, the items still available will be delivered to the customer. Clearly, the customer will receive a refund of equal value of the product not received.

Damage found during delivery

After receiving the package, please check the integrity of the package. Should it be damaged or show signs of tampering, please accept with reserve and check the contents. Please contact us immediately via customer service.
